Shipping Policy
Moon25 is not responsible if the shipping information provided at checkout is incorrect or missing. In this circumstances, we are not responsible for refunds or changes in shipping addresses. If the shipping information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs.

As all shipments require a signature upon delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Moon25 is responsible for delivering the items to the shipping address provided and we are not responsible if the items are lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.
If the customer does not respond to the courier's delivery attempt and the goods are returned to us or disposed of locally, the customer will be responsible for any related costs. Customers also need to liable the new shipping costs required to resend the order if the goods are returned to us.
Shipping Fees & Delivery Time
All orders will take about 5-7 business days to fulfil by next business days from the date that payment is authorised and verified, not from the date that it is placed. After products ready, the order will be shipped out next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays. You will receive a notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we have used to ship your order.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Moon 25 reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.
Pre-Order/ Backorder Items
Your order will take about 5-7 business days to fulfil as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart. If your order consists of both pre-order and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder items arrivals. If you wish your pre-order items to be shipped first, kindly contact us for further arrangement.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at moon25.lingerie@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +85262382429 as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy your request. However, once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. A handling fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged for each order cancellation and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Taxation & Duties
- All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
- No duties and taxes are paid when we dispatch your package, and we do not charge nor calculate VAT/GST, duties and/or taxes at checkout.
- All applicable customs duties, taxes, import duties and collection charges are the responsibility of the customer (Even if you reject any shipments upon delivery).
- If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- These fees are paid to the local carrier/customs and are not collected by us.
- If you refuse delivery or ignore duties/taxes, the shipment will be handled by your local customs office and your order will not be refunded.
